Nutrex Research has brought out several different fat burners, but today we'd like to review the strengths and weaknesses of Lipo 6, the fast acting liquid capsule version and see just how effective it may be in helping people to lose weight and to see just how good their formulation is! Lipo-6 Is said to be an safer alternative to an Ephedrine based fat burner.

The ingredient profile in Nutrex Lipo-6 is quite small, which isn't a bad thing because it can help us get a better idea of how effective the formulation really is. So, first we start off by looking at the ingredient called Synephrine, which is the active extracted from Citrus aurantium also known as Bitter Orange. Synephrine is said to exert its fat loss effects through beta 3 receptor stimulation like Ephedrine, but without the nasty side effects like elevated heart rate or increased blood pressure. Synephrine appears to be quite promising indeed, but whilst Nutrex have used the HCL version of Synephrine in the Lipo-6, its certainly an improvement over just using a Bitter Orange Extract, but we would ideally like to see Methyl-Synephrine instead of this. Good news is, they managed to include this form of Bitter Orange Extract in their newer fat burner, Lipo 6 Black!

Next in the formulation we see the use of Guggulsterones and Yohimbine HCL, the Guggulsterones are used for helping to boost the metabolism and T3 levels within the body to enable you to burn more fat without having to exercise, whilst the Yohimbine-HCL is a proven and effective fat burner in its own right. It only needs to be used in small quantitys to provide decent results. Yohimbine is effective particularly at burning fat in stubborn area's such as the Abs, waistline and lower back which may be good news for anybody looking to lose fat in trouble spots!

Lastly the formulation of Lipo-6 contains Caffeine Anhydrous, a welcome addition to a fat burner in our opinion as its more effective than just using standard Caffeine, and may synergize well with other substances, like in this instance the Yohimbine. Caffeine and Yohimbine stack well togehter to provide effective fat loss. They have managed to include a small amount of Bioperine is well which is always great as it may enhance the effectiveness of the compounds used in any supplement. To summarize while we feel Lipo-6 is not exactly strong enough for experienced users as science has moved on since this supplement first came out, we feel it may have its place for being a decent fat burner for anybody who is new to using stimulants and wants to see how their body handles them. The energy provided from this product should not cause jitters or lead to an energy crash due to the nature of the Anhydrous Caffeine.

If you are looking for a women's fat burner, Nutrex also have a very similar formulation with a few improvements called "Lipo 6 Hers". Alternatively, if you want something stronger with a better chance of fat loss, we can recommend you take a look into Nutrex Research's Lip-6 Black. In short, this is a decent fat burner for those who are new to supplements and want to see how well they respond to stimulants before advancing to more stronger and effective formulations without the side effects of Ephedra!

Taking Nutrex Lipo 6:

For Fat loss: Take 2 liqui-caps 30 minutes before breakfast or morning workout and 2 more liqui-caps in the afternoon. Start off with only 2 liqui-caps on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase dosage by 1 liqui-cap every two days until maximum dosage of 4 liqui-caps is reached.

For Extreme Fat Loss: Take 2 liqui-caps 3 times daily 30 minutes before a meal. Start off with only 2 liqui-caps on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase dosage by 1 liqui-cap every two days until maximum dosage of 6 liqui-caps per day is reached. Do not exceed 6 liqui-caps per day. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.

For Increased Energy: Take 2 liqui-caps 30 minutes prior to workout.
